Do I need headphones?
Yes. Binaural beats require stereo playback โ each ear hears a different frequency. Without headphones, entrainment does not work. Any stereo headphones will do. AirPods Pro unlock additional head-tracking bio-feedback.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
